No — buy your own domain or we can buy one on your behalf. Already own one? Just sync Cloudflare to our DNS manager on CyberPanel or point your DNS manually. We're happy to help with any questions.

Good questions, honest answers

Almost any game you can think of. Some might not be installed yet, but if something can't be hosted we'll tell you straight up.
Think of a node as your own virtual machine or dedicated server — but without the Linux bullshit. We handle the operating system and panel, you get access to the hardware. Want two GMod servers, or even four? Knock yourself out. Your node, your games, your community, one consistent easy bill.
You can back up your individual game servers as much as you want. Just remember backups take up space on your node — if it runs out of storage it might be time to retire one or two.
Yes — the prices on this page are monthly. Pay 6 months in advance for 5% off, or 12 months for 10% off. June and December each get an extra 5% on top.
Because this is a monthly subscription and running servers costs money in advance, we can't offer refunds in most cases.
This is a manual process so we can recommend the right node for your plans — it can take up to 24 hours. If staff are online, sometimes less than an hour. Extra game server installs are a quick process too (up to 24h, often around 5 minutes).
The Developer plan is hosted in New Zealand at our home base. All mainstream plans can be hosted in Sydney (Australia), West/Central/East America, or London (UK). Custom servers are available in all locations.
Our Developer plan is shared CPU/RAM at best effort, priced by the storage you configure — perfect for developing a game server and testing the waters before you grab a full node. It runs on our home-base server in New Zealand.
Pterodactyl — probably the best panel you could ask for.
We could probably work out a deal for that — billing is just a tad hard to sort out, so contact us and we'll see what we can do.
